CMACS is a contest with both math and computer science, taking place on 6/19, with the goal of inspiring talented mathletes to try computer science. 

 

The math section will be an AMC 10 level short answer section. The computer science section will be a multiple choice section with emphasis on understanding algorithms. Programming experience is not necessary.

 

In CMACS 2022, about 100 people participated. Students had a great experience learning some computer science related math. This competition is planned an annual event for CAST youth club.
